Tips for traveling
- Spring is hotly welcomed because it’s the best season for traveling when fragrant flowers blossoming around. Here are several tips for traveling to help you enjoy the green season to the full.
1. Take deep breath. Scenic spots with perfect ecological environment contain great volume of anion. Taking deep breath when you are near forest, river and waterfall will do great help to your health.
2. Take enough food. With the function of cultivating enzyme in human body, anion is able to promote digestion and speed up metabolism. Therefore, it’s suggested taking some chocolate and biscuit to keep you from being hungry.
3. Keep an eye on the weather. It’s common phenomenon that you come across rainy, cloudy and foggy days in traveling. Furthermore, temperature differs greatly in spring, so don't forget to search the weather report in advance and take a coat with you.
4. Drink temperately. Take a bottle of fresh water with salt before traveling. Water can help you from being thirsty. Meanwhile salt can prevent your body from being lack of salinity which resulted from over perspiring. Drink frequently but a spot of water when you are thirsty. 100ml-150ml water each time is advisable.
5. Refuse raw water. Mosquito and germ grow rapidly in such damp and rainy season as in spring. So, avoid drinking raw water and eating insanitary food during traveling.
